Belső curates rich, textural designs in pursuit of uniquely personal and emotive interiors.
Belső Design Studio is a boutique interior architecture and design studio based in Geelong, offering full-service interior design for residential and commercial projects across the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, Lorne, Melbourne and beyond.
Our interiors bring together natural materials, layered textures and considered details to create spaces that feel personal and enduring. We balance clean lines with warmth and character, shaping each project around the people who use it and the way they live.
With a sympathetic approach to existing architecture, we thoughtfully weave old and new together. Whether restoring a character home or shaping a contemporary space, we draw on each building’s identity to create interiors with a sense of belonging.
Meet your designer.
Belső Design Studio is led by Founder and Designer Kaylene Bryce. Belso, the name itself, meaning 'Interior,' is in honour of Kaylene’s Hungarian heritage, and is a tribute to her late grandmother's enduring inspiration.
Kaylene holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture (Honours) and has spent over 10 years working in award-winning Architecture and Interior Design studios across Melbourne. Her professional journey has been diverse, working across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Her passion lies in textural and layered designs, creating spaces that enrich our everyday life, centred around a thoughtful and personalised design approach.

“Renovating can be a pretty big and overwhelming process, but Kaylene made it feel exciting and enjoyable.
What we loved most was that it never felt like we were just another project. Kaylene genuinely cared about getting it right for us, and that meant a lot.
Thank you, Kaylene, for making such a big process feel so much easier and for helping us create a home that we’re going to love for many years to come.”

From our clients.
“From the very first meeting, she took the time to understand our style, how we use our space, and what would genuinely make our home more cohesive.
During the build, Kaylene kept the project running to a high standard through her knowledge and attention to detail. The final result is beyond what we imagined. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Belso.”

“We immediately liked her initial concept design and were impressed with how she captured our wishes in the original design.
Finally she brought the whole project together to create our wonderful holiday home. She worked very collaboratively with our architect and builder and was always approachable.
We liked her professional and friendly manner and her competence and would highly recommend her.”
